Small area of building plots is a reason that forces householders to leave their vehicles outside the premises fencing as the courtyards or driveways are to small to fit the cars. Newly erected detached houses incorporate garages, but they take significant area of the plot, the more that garages for two cars are getting more and more popular. Our respond is the DIPARK system, where garages are hidden below the courtyard level. Depending on local conditions even several parking places can be prepared on the plot area, whereas design of the DIPARK system is sufficiently robust to apply external loads to its upper surface. In other words, another car can be left on its top, for example the one of the householders visitors.
